Wonderful

Breakfast is good with variety of selection but over crowded due to the long weekend, the room is cozy with nice view and clean.

We stayed for 3 nights and the second day the room was not make up on time i.e. late evening around 6.00 pm, after we came back from our outing. At the end the room was not cleaned up since my husband wants to rest at that time.

Breakfast time was havoc — lots of people and insufficient staff who could actually help. There were 2 people manning the entrance to greet everyone, but no one to help find you a table or clean up tables for the next seating. Not a good experience when you’re rushing to work.

Very Good

Good service. Comfortable facilities. Food doesn't disappoint. Quality bath amenities. The area is spacious. The room is well designed, pleasing to the eyes and comfortable.

Floors can be quite dusty. The pillows were too soft, and sank so much that it felt as if it's not there. Lack of control over which lights i want to keep on or off, making the room too dim or too bright at times.

Hotel with a pool that you can sit with a bird eye view of PJ

The room was of a good size and well pointed, with nice view of the city. The infinity pool on the roof top is very nice with great view.

Reception was not on the ground level and can be easily overlooked if not for staff alerting you that it’s on the 2nd floor. Even the directions getting to the hotel is not well signed unless you know the area and where to go to get to the hotel.

We booked for deluxe room.

We booked for deluxe room.. I’m celebrating anniversary with my wife .. but they told me only have 2 single bed .. and need me top up usd 90 for a night .. I told this is ridiculous.. the staff name is Khairul. After bargain for 20 min.. they only say they release the other room for us!!!!!! Wtffff!! Sorry to say that .. is really bad for this try to sell higher & expensive rooom tactic !!!’poor poor poor ... I’m really disappointed!!

relaxing and enjoyable

The staff was extremy nice & devoted to making our stay the best possible. Breakfast and restaurant area was beautifully decorated and the food very good. The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop with the infinity pool and the bar-restaurant there.

Even though I was traveling for work, it was the week before our honeymoon so I brought my husband for his first time in Kuala Lumpur. I booked the most expensive room on the exclusive lounge floor so we would have enough space for both of us, but the room was too small for 2 people there for a week, and our room had no view of the city. Even if we told the front desk, and manager, this was our honeymoon and we need space and a view, they did not want to upgrade us (even if the hotel was barely occupied). We had to pay full price to get a suite with more room and a view the next day. It was a bit frustrating, especially because we spent so much time at the hotel using the amneties and spent money.

A good experience.

The location was very convenient as the hotel is right beside an expressway, attached to a mall and nearby to many food outlets. The room was cozy.

i selected a large double bed but i got a twin bed instead. i would appreciate if the term used on bed selection is clarified as it differs from other hotels. i have stayed in many hotels and i was confused with the term used for twin bed as double bed.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I brought along my little baby for the stay and they provided me with all I need for our comfort. Paradigm mall is like just downstairs, you don't need to go somewhere else for food, shopping and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay and definitely will come again

The kids swimming pool was not clean-I think previous people who used the pool may cause it. We had to bring our kids to the bigger pool instead. Parking areas are combined with the mall parking, so if you are lucky you'll get to park nearby to the lift to lobby or otherwise you have to walk for some distance.

Cleanliness was good, room size is surprisingly bigger compared to other room I’ve stayed at. Staff was helpful and friendly! My bath tub view was facing town, clear sky with beautiful star at night and airplanes flying high.

No wall mirror in my room - within wardrobe / bed.
